Our service technicians have worked in the dental service industry for a combined 42 years. Since 2005, Tom Raville has lived in the Sioux Falls, South Dakota area and has been serving the dentists of South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota. His son, Caleb Raville, began as a dental equipment repair technician in 2012. Throughout their careers, they have worked for some of the leading companies in the dental service and sales industry. While gaining expertise with these large companies, they realized the limitations they had in developing relationships with customers. After careful consideration and encouragement from some local dentists, they decided the best way to serve their customers is to work independently. This has allowed them to provided personal service with their customers needs put first.

  • Caleb and Tom Raville of Dental Repair Services are the first phone call I make now when equipment goes awry. They are one of the few dental support relationships I have experienced where they do what they say they’ll do, when they say they’ll do it. Beyond their high degree of technical acumen, is their consistency with prompt communication and their emphasis on customer service. As an example, one day I had a patient who could not get out of their wheelchair and so we would have to move our dental chair out of the way to be able to do treatment. They not only moved the heavy ADEC chair, they also ensured it still functioned correctly. Even more impactful was their moving the chair back ahead of schedule so there were no delays in our schedule for patient care. Our day was very smooth and it was because of their help! During that visit, I had a sedated patient that my team was struggling to escort to his ride waiting in the parking lot.
